1. Service Cancellations

• Users can cancel a service before it has been initiated. Cancellation policies may vary depending on the service provider.

2. Refund Policy

• If a service is canceled within the allowed cancellation period, a full or partial refund will be issued as per the provider’s policy.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
• No refunds will be provided for completed services.

3. Non-Refundable Services

• Services that have already been started or completed cannot be refunded.
• In case of service disputes, we will review the case and facilitate communication between the user and service provider.
